Relationship Rethink™ (“RR,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Nexupia Holdings LLC. This policy describes how we handle personal information through relationshiprethink.com, our email list and our contact inbox.
Information we collect and use
Email subscriptions. When you sign up, we collect your email address to send the RR episodes and updates described on the form and manage your subscription. Our email service also maintains subscription status, signup details and email delivery and engagement records.
Contact messages. If you email hello@relationshiprethink.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use them to respond to your inquiry and handle related administrative matters.
Technical information. Our website and email providers may process information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps and signup source to operate, secure and measure their services.
Cookies and email measurement
We use Kit to host our landing page and manage email subscriptions. Kit uses cookies, identifiers and similar technologies in providing its services. Its email measurement can record opens and link clicks, including through a small image loaded in an email. Email applications may block or automatically load images, so these records do not necessarily show whether you personally read a message.
We have not configured the optional analytics integrations inspected for this website. Kit’s automatic additions of subscriber IDs, UTM parameters and hashed subscriber email addresses to email links are switched off. Creator Network Recommendations are also switched off. Those settings do not disable Kit’s standard service and email measurement.
You can manage cookies through your browser and image loading through your email application. These choices may affect functionality and may not prevent every form of measurement. To stop RR marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link.
Kit processes information needed to host the landing page and manage subscriptions and email delivery. Google Workspace processes messages sent to our business inbox. Providers may use subcontractors to deliver their services.
We do not sell or rent our email list. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security issues, prevent fraud or protect legal rights.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Their separate terms and privacy notices govern processing they undertake for their own purposes. Unsubscribing and privacy requests
You can unsubscribe using the link in RR marketing emails. Unsubscribing stops those emails; it does not automatically erase your subscriber profile or past email history.
To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email hello@relationshiprethink.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may verify your identity using information reasonably needed for that request. Available rights, response requirements and exceptions depend on applicable law. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider through the same address.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage subscriptions, respond to inquiries, honor communication preferences, protect security and meet applicable legal obligations. When deciding what to retain, we consider its purpose, whether the matter remains active and any legal requirements. Some records may remain in provider backups or where continued retention is necessary.
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Sensitive information, children and external services
RR provides educational content for adults. Please avoid sending detailed relationship histories, health information or identifying information about another person. Our contact inbox handles administrative and technical inquiries; it does not provide confidential professional services or crisis response.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied information, please contact us so we can address it.
When you follow a link to Spotify, YouTube or another external service, that service’s privacy practices apply.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date will identify the current version.
