Relationship Rethink™ (“RR”) is operated by Nexupia Holdings LLC. These terms describe the use and limits of RR’s free website, emails, podcast and video content. RR provides education for adults in or reflecting on established romantic relationships.
Educational purpose
RR supports reflection on relationship patterns, evidence, context, personal agency and available choices. It does not provide therapy, counseling, coaching, diagnosis, individualized relationship assessment, crisis intervention, or legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.
Accessing RR content, joining the email list or contacting the business does not create a professional-client relationship. When a question requires advice tailored to your circumstances, use an appropriately qualified professional.
Your decisions and expectations
Your relationship decisions remain yours. RR does not decide whether you should stay, leave, separate, reconcile, wait or reconsider a settled decision. You may pause or stop using the material.
Educational examples, reflections and tools do not diagnose a person, certify safety, predict another person’s behavior or guarantee reconciliation, clarity, recovery or any other result. Another person’s participation or behavior is not within your control.
Safety comes first
Pause or stop any RR activity that could increase danger. Do not use reflection, communication, accountability or evidence-gathering exercises to confront, test, monitor or disclose plans to someone when doing so could increase risk. You are not responsible for another person’s abusive conduct.
For an emergency or serious safety concern, seek appropriate local emergency or specialist support. RR cannot provide emergency assistance. Stopping an episode or closing a page does not erase browsing history or make a device private.
Content and permitted use
RR materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable law. Rights belong to the respective rights holders.
You may access free RR content for personal, noncommercial learning and share links to official RR pages or episodes. Except where permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder’s written permission, do not reproduce, sell, redistribute or present protected RR material as your own. Nothing here restricts fair use, lawful quotation, criticism or honest reviews.
Use RR’s website and communication channels lawfully. Do not impersonate RR, misrepresent its endorsement or interfere with its services.
External services
Links to Spotify, YouTube and other third-party services lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make RR responsible for operating that service or imply endorsement of everything it contains.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The contact inbox handles administrative and technical inquiries. It does not offer private relationship advice or crisis response. Please avoid sending detailed relationship histories, health information or identifying information about another person.

We may update these terms as the website or offering changes and will date the revised version. Any future paid product’s purchase, access, license and refund conditions will be presented separately before purchase.
